1. Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by slotsgame may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration
To access real-money gaming features on slotsgame, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the slotsgame Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. slotsgame reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses, winnings, or balances associated with such accounts.
3.3 Account Security

slotsgame is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
slotsgame accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods available to Filipino players. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. slotsgame does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits are credited to your slotsgame account upon confirmation from the payment provider. slotsgame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All funds deposited must be used for gaming purposes and may not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without wagering activity.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. slotsgame aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within three (3) minutes to two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
slotsgame reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if slotsgame has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the slotsgame Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
slotsgame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
- slotsgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
- slotsgame reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other prohibited method.
- Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.
6. Gameplay Rules and Fairness
All games available on the slotsgame Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on slotsgame's servers, the server record shall prevail.
slotsgame reserves the right to void any game round or wager that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other system failure. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the player's account. slotsgame shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotsgame Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system forming part of the Platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing slotsgame staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or verification requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the slotsgame Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the property of slotsgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the slotsgame Platform without the prior written consent of slotsgame. Any unauthorised use of slotsgame's intellectual property may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slotsgame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
slotsgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slotsgame account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
slotsgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
slotsgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a regulatory authority.
- Determination that the player is under 21 years of age.
- Any other reason that slotsgame deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at slotsgame's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact slotsgame's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. slotsgame will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
12. Amendments to These Terms
slotsgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, slotsgame will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the slotsgame Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
